Ukraine’s pharmaceutical sector is undergoing important changes that favour new entrants to enter the market. UAB “Escolit” has decided to enter the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market in order to deliver high quality products at lower prices. UAB “Escolit”, during the project “Modernia Medicines Factory Installation”, is planning to acquire modern pharmaceutical production equipment and to establish a modern pharmaceutical factory where generic and later innovative medicines developed by the company’s scientists would be produced. The drug portfolio will consist of 3 types of medicines: generic generics, antibiotics and anti-tuberculosis drugs. New jobs will be created during the project.
