Establishment of a modern sleep disorder and wellness service centre

Druskininkai Convention Center is planning to implement the project “Establishment of Modern Sleep Disorder and Health Services Centre”. The aim of the project is to invest in the acquisition of modern equipment in order to offer services to the market to reduce sleep disturbance and improve the condition of joints, tendons and muscles. Until now, a specialised health center has not been established in Lithuania and the Baltic States, which would be adapted and focused on providing professional procedures to solve sleep disorders, joints, tendons, ligaments and muscle problems. The Sleep Disorder and Wellness Center will be the only centre of such specialisation, with innovative rooms with smart beds. These beds will allow you to accurately monitor customers’ sleep and rest. In the presence of joint, muscle pain, tendon, ligament sprains and bruises in the center, a modern and new wellness technique will be applied. To date, other health centres use traditional, natural natural resource-based wellness techniques to reduce these problems. It is important to note that all the anticipated wellness services are focused on restoring a person’s natural life and daily rhythm, a balanced daily rate of deep rest, sleep and exercise. To restore the natural rhythm of the day, an innovative lighting system will be installed in the centre. Lighting will change according to the balanced rhythm of the day and night regime, thereby creating an atmosphere that allows you to adapt naturally to active activity or quiet rest.
