The project planned to be implemented by UAB Dubingiai Diamond Resort is aimed at developing infrastructure for the provision of innovative, modern technology-based health services. The project is planned to be implemented in a unique area of Molėtai district between two lakes. The project will allow to start providing innovative health services and will allow the company’s productivity to grow. During the implementation of the project it is planned to invest in the creation of new service delivery capabilities, to introduce modern and efficient technologies that will allow to provide higher added value innovative health services and ensure the functioning of service delivery capacity. After the implementation of the project, a modern wellness centre in Molėtai district will be established. The project will increase the productivity and competitiveness of the applicant and expand the range of services provided. The applicant’s labour productivity is projected to increase several times, create new, well-paid and long-term jobs in the region and attract private investment. Therefore, the project will contribute not only to the development of the company, but also to the development of Lithuanian regions (i.e. Molėtai district, Utena county) and will allow the region to grow economically.
