The fund of funds “Promoting Entrepreneurship 2014-2020, financed by the European Social Fund” aims to increase labour demand by promoting entrepreneurship among the population, especially those facing difficulties in the labour market. This fund of funds will create a financial instrument for business start-ups to finance micro-enterprises, small businesses and natural persons who do business and operate for a maximum period of one year, with loans and advice of up to EUR 25 000. As a result of the implementation of the above-mentioned financial measure, it is planned to support 1000 SMEs (of which 440 persons facing difficulties in the labour market and enterprises (businesses)) and 1800 new jobs (of which 810 of those with difficulties in the labour market in start-ups/businesses).
