The fund for the modernisation of multi-apartment buildings, financed by the European Regional Development Fund, is established to ensure continuity of JESSICA KF activities in the field of multi-apartment modernisation. VIPA will provide loans with fixed 3 % annual interest and 15 per cent interest compensation for energy efficiency measures established by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania with funds from the Modernisation Fund of multi-apartment buildings. This measure receives EUR 74 million from EU structural funds for the period 2014-2020 under Objective 4.3.1 of the Operational Programme for investments of the European Union funds “Reduce energy consumption in public infrastructure and multi-apartment buildings” through investment priority 4.3 on renovation and modernisation of multi-apartment buildings by means of energy efficiency improvement measures. Measure No 04.3.1-FM-F-001 “Renovation of multi-apartment buildings” is implemented in accordance with the programme for the renovation of multi-apartment buildings.
