Presentation of Lithuanian natural and cultural heritage objects (resources) to important inbound tourism markets

The aim of the project is to promote inbound tourism and to promote responsible tourism by marketing natural and cultural objects and national tourism routes, routes, cultural routes in the markets of Belarus, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia and Estonia. Activities implemented by the project: 1) Implementation of promotional campaigns in the markets of Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia and Estonia, introducing and promoting national tourism routes, routes, cultural routes and priority tourism products, including cultural and natural heritage objects, increasing their relevance, visibility, awareness of them; 2) Organisation of tourism events in the markets of Belarus, Poland, Russia and Ukraine, introducing and promoting national tourism routes, routes, cultural routes and priority tourism products, including cultural and natural heritage objects, increasing their awareness and attendance; 3) Organisation of sightseeing tours in Lithuania for Belarusian, Polish, Russian Ukrainian journalists and tourism professionals, introducing and promoting national tourism routes, routes, cultural roads, natural and cultural heritage objects, increasing their awareness and attendance; 4) The organisation of the participation of international tourism exhibitions in Belarus and Latvia, presenting and promoting national tourism routes, routes, cultural routes and priority tourism products covering cultural and natural heritage objects, increasing their visibility and attendance. The project activities will be carried out in the framework of the measure “Marketing of national tourism routes, routes and products and development of tourism infrastructure” under Priority 5 ‘Environmental protection, sustainable use of natural resources and adaptation to climate change’ of the 2014-2020 Operational Programme for investments from EU funds.
