The goal is to provide quality integral support services to the residents of Tauragė district, up to 4.5 hours a day for a person 5 days a week. Tauragė district municipality will implement the project “Provision of Integrated Assistance for the residents of Tauragė district” together with partner Adakava social care homes. The project partner will bring together 4 mobile teams of employees, provide them with the necessary cars, equipment, sanitary and hygienic goods (acquired earlier). The Adakava Social Care Home will provide integral assistance to residents of both the city and the district (rural areas); work with both elderly and disabled people of working age. During the project’s implementation, 97 people will be provided with integral support. In order to ensure that the relatives of Integral Aid recipients are better aware of the needs of their care relatives and receive answers to their concerns, nursing professionals will organise individual consultations. 30 persons are expected to be consulted. High-quality Integral Assistance and Consulting are ensured by the high level of competence of the employees, the ability to work in a team, and the ability to help yourself (as a specialist). Mobile team staff will participate in training on emotional resilience, improving relationships (27 persons). Articles, posters, etc. are planned to publicise the project.
