The main activity of UAB “Metalika LT” is the production of metal structures for industry and civil construction. The following works are carried out: • Production of large metal structures, surface cleaning and painting, folding, cutting, rolling, welding; • Production of articulated, planar, spatial reinforcing metal structures • We produce non-standard metal products according to individual orders: columns, balusters, trusses, beams, sheds, rollers, greenhouses and other products made of black metal. UAB “Metalika LT” projects use modern metal processing technologies. We make out the “Declaration of Conformity” for the products and give a 5 m warranty. The company employs highly qualified welders, locksmiths, metal surface cleaning, metal construction painting specialists, most of them have qualification certificates. In order to fully meet the needs of our customers, the company pays great attention to the quality of products, we follow the requirements of international quality management standards ISO 3834, EN 1090. The company’s products are excellent not only in Lithuania, but also abroad (Norway, Kazakhstan, Sweden and other countries). In order to increase the efficiency of the company’s business, it is planned to create a complex e-business system of UAB “Metalika LT”, which would include the company’s main work processes and allow the introduction of new working methods: expeditious order and implementation planning, customer contact management, production and service accounting and performance quality control, e-marketing system, which will help to get more orders from existing and new customers. A modernised management system for business processes will raise quality indicators as all processes will be automatically recorded and traced. Automation of production processes will help to make better use of the company’s resources — production facilities, available equipment and workers.
