The aim of the project is to pay to social enterprises a partial compensation of wages and state social security contributions and an assistant subsidy at the level provided for in the legislation. 138 partners will participate in the project, including 64 social enterprises, 65 social enterprises with disabilities and 9 regional labour offices. The following activities will be supported during the project: 1. Wage and state social insurance contributions for disabled persons with severe disability or for disabled persons with a working capacity rate of 0-25 % or a level of high special needs in social enterprises. The project is expected to involve 320 workers with disabilities in this target group. 2. Social enterprises with disabilities with an average disability level, or persons with disabilities with a working capacity rate of 30-40 % or an average level of special needs, pay and state social security contributions. It is estimated that this target group of disabled workers will participate in the project by 2020. 3. Wage and state social insurance contributions for disabled persons with a mild disability level or persons with disabilities with a working capacity rate of 45-55 % or a low level of special needs in social enterprises. The project is expected to involve 2360 workers with disabilities in this target group. 4. Subsidy for the cost of an assistant (gestic interpreter). It is foreseen that the assistant subsidy will be paid to 110 assistants working in disabled social enterprises, who will help 320 persons with disabilities with a working capacity of up to 40 %. In view of the fact that persons with severe or moderate disability or persons with disabilities with a working capacity not exceeding 40 % or a level of high or medium special needs require the assistance of an assistant (gestic language interpreter) to perform their duties, the assistant’s subsidy will also be paid for the reimbursement of these costs.
