Establishment of testing and rehabilitation centre for athletes and active people

In the world and Lithuania, the physical activity of people and the number of sporting activities increases, as well as the need for health services. One of the objectives of the project is to increase the supply of quality services for athletes from Lithuania and abroad, in cooperation with Sports federations, to create an attractive environment for organising sports camps in Lithuania and at the same time to receive the highest quality health services. Lithuania also has the opportunity to strengthen its position in the field of medical tourism. The project would increase the potential of Lithuania’s medical exports and create the supply of quality services, as it is necessary to invest in the infrastructure of new health improvement institutions and to increase the qualification of employees in order to attract the flow of medical tourism from abroad. The strategic goal of the company is the implementation of the project “Deployment of Sports and Active People Testing and Rehabilitation Centre”. The strategic development of the company is associated with investments in human health care, emphasising athletes and active people, activities in Birštonas resort. During the implementation of the project, the centre will be built and all equipment necessary for the implementation of the activities foreseen in the project will be purchased. The company’s target customers will be Lithuanian and foreign athletes and active people.
