The aim of the project tavoitteet:Hankkeen is to create an innovative, merging low-threshold service model that works better between entrepreneurs, international workers and public authorities in the Province of South Savo, including through digital opportunities. The service model creates new and combines existing services in order to generate added value for the employment of international people and support for business growth. The services of the project toimenpiteet:Hankkeen are provided as local and online services independently of time and place. This will support the participation of the individual. The service is brought to the person in need where he or she is or is best suited to his or her current situation. The network brings added value to the service and allows part of the service to be delivered 24/7, so that the customer can use the service and the opportunities it offers, or leave a question that will be answered after a certain response time. Business customers will receive more information on the support measures for recruiting immigrants, encourage companies to recruit potential employees, find a better skilled and international workforce, and network with other entrepreneurs. Migrants considering entrepreneurship receive personal guidance and support for starting a business. In particular, the potential of cooperative activities as a form of entrepreneurship will be supported. For personal customers, services include guided job-seeking coaching, job coaching, trainings, peer-to-peer mentoring, working life lectures and visits to companies and other organisations. The project tulokset:Vertais-mentorointi combined with a low-threshold service model for the creation of new businesses and the expansion of existing ones has created new business activities in the province, set up by international arrivals. The merging low-threshold service model builds a personal path to training and employment for each customer based on previous know-how. By understanding the needs of education and training provision and the needs of working life, a value chain is created for each customer.
