The project implements labour market policy measures, labour market training, coaching and wage support, especially for young people, highly educated, immigrants and the long-term unemployed, but also for other unemployed, if necessary.The project will tender the labour market training and coaching related to the development objectives of the Nosturi project. About 20 % of the project measures are allocated to the Saarijärvi-Viitasaari region.
