The aim of the national Combo project is to create new forms of cooperation between cultural, library, sports and youth actors, educational institutions and organisations. The project will develop new approaches, capabilities and methods that support the inclusion and well-being of young people. In this way, the project systematically renews multi-professional activities supporting young people and strengthens the inclusion and well-being of various young men and women. The project also provides information on the impact of project measures on the inclusion, well-being and working life skills of young people. The objective of the project is I. To create new strong knowledge and cooperation networks between youth, library, sports and cultural operators and educational institutions II. Strengthen the participation and well-being of young people in various everyday environments III. To examine the effectiveness of targeted measures to increase inclusion from the perspective of young people (participation, well-being, working life capacity) The main measures of the project are: — Building a network of knowledge and cooperation and developing new approaches between youth, library, cultural and sport operators and educational institutions: online brainstorming, networking meetings, trainings, Inclusion with the Work Capability Passport, as well as cross-sectoral activities located in the surrounding environments of young people (e.g. theatre and hobbies in educational institutions, professional libraries in youth fields). VET institutions’ work capacity passport is a key tool for closer network cooperation.- Activating young people and strengthening well-being: a mobile application to promote the skills, inclusion and well-being of young people (development of a professional ability passport), a work ability passport user guide, interactive professional and hobby libraries, sports and cultural activation groups, Get started events, Stars and Sports forums for young people designed and implemented by young people in educational institutions.- Assessment of the effectiveness of the project measures: Implemented in vocational secondary schools. The project will create a network of expertise and cooperation, which will be transformed into a new kind of activity in young people’s daily lives. Young people’s skills, inclusion and ability to study and work will improve. Wide-ranging support for the inclusion of young people in different life-courses prevents exclusion, strengthens young people’s ability to study and work and paves the way for stable educational and working life pathways.
