A parallel labour market policy project carried out by the North Karelia ELY Centre acquires the wage support, labour market training and coaching needed by the target group of the Employable Central Karelia Development Project.The employmentable Central Karelia project managed by the municipality of Tahmajärvi improves the employment opportunities of the target group of the project. The target group of the project is the long-term unemployed in the municipalities of Tohmajärvi, Kitee and Rääkkylä, whose know-how requires updating and making visible. The person participating in the project will be provided with a personal solution to support employment, and the implementation of this model will be supported, for example, by labour market policy measures acquired through a parallel project.
