In Norway, Sweden and Russia, direct consumer campaigns are being carried out in order to increase the attractiveness of the Oulu region and to improve the visibility of the regions. The measures of the project will increase the visibility of the Oulu region as a growing and developing tourist area offering quality destinations and services.
