Since 1997, LOGRAMI has been running, through operational monitoring tools, an action programme for the acquisition of knowledge to optimise management of highly migratory fish. This applied research programme proposed by LOGRAMI provides elements of knowledge of the dynamics of highly migratory fish species (salmons, eels, aloses, lampreys, sea trout) in the Loire basin by focusing on the crucial development phases for each of them, as well as their habitats. The programme offers complementary data acquisition operations that allow a cross-cutting response to different management questions.
