State Plan Contract — Region 2015-2020 — CPER Climibio Project — Programming 2017

The Climibio project is a multidisciplinary environmental project that aims to study environmental and climate change, analyse the impacts of these developments on biodiversity, air quality, health, society, and consider opportunities and strategies for adapting to these changes. As such, the project will propose ways to mitigate these effects by acting at source and using predictive decision support tools. An important part of the project will focus on the Hauts-de-France region, which is potentially vulnerable to certain effects of climate change. In this project, scientists will put in place targeted, concerted and multidisciplinary observations of the impacts of climate change on environmental dynamics in the Hauts-de-France region and in adjacent areas. These observations should make it possible to predict future impacts, guide actions and predict their effectiveness from deterministic models validated by observations. Climibio is a set of research on the duration of the PERC for a period of 6 years (2015-2020). The whole project started on 1 January 2015. This deliberation concerns expenses incurred and to be incurred over the period from 1 November 2016 to 31 December 2019, and the related resources.
