As part of the mobilisation of funds dedicated to the European programme “Youth Employment Initiative”, the Martinique Community is implementing the ATOUT INCLUSION scheme with the aim of promoting the active social and professional inclusion of 16-25 year olds in great difficulty in the economic fabric of Martinique. Asset INCLUSION is an experimental system organised around: •on the one hand, a working situation in the framework of one or more immersions in companies, • a complementary and reinforced care (social support, learning of know-how and know-being, practice of cultural and sporting activities), aimed at strengthening the social, professional and human skills of the young person. Formalised by a contract of reciprocal commitments binding the young person in charge of the CTM, the referent responsible for his support and the company that hosts him, “ATOUT INCLUSION” is structured around three main phases: •the integration of the young person, •the immersion of the young person in the company and the evaluation of the young person
