The European Social Fund grant application concerns the ‘Adult Vocational Training Programme — (PFPA)’ started in 2015 and is aimed at adult jobseekers over 6 months old. The Community shall purchase training and cover the costs of teaching which it pays to the training organisations selected as part of the tendering procedure for services. Therefore, under the public remuneration scheme for jobseekers in training, trainees will be paid trainees according to their situation. All beneficiaries of these actions receive remuneration from trainees in vocational training. The remuneration shall be included in the total cost of the operation. The Community has strategic tools that identify and advocate recommendations for the employment needs of the territory. Thus, the training offer offered by the Local Government of Martinique takes into account the changing needs of the declining professions and the new skills to be acquired and expected by the world of work. The overall FPPA collective action programme is divided into two components: — 30 graduate courses spread across all level V courses (CAP, professional qualifications, additional mention) at level IV (BP, BAC PRO) and more for the rise in competence level III (BTS and Licence). — 26 professional actions relating to the assembly
