The operation involves the creation of an EHPAD facility, a capacity of 80 permanent accommodation retirement beds, 4 temporary accommodation retirement beds and 6 day-care spaces. The EHPAD project is located in the commune of Saint-Joseph, in the Centre Agglomération sector, which brings together the municipalities of Fort-de-France, Lamentin, Saint-Joseph and Schœlcher. The overall development of this plot involves the creation of a “health centre”, which will receive in addition to the EHPAD, a 60-bed SSR Hospital. The building will be operated by St Joseph’s Hospital. The design of the project is fully mastered by SEMSAMAR, with its experience in the construction and operation of two EHPADs on Guadeloupe. The project covers: —The execution of the earthworks on the land right of way reserved for the EHPAD -The construction of the EHPAD HORS development -The private VRDs of the EHPAD -The landscaping of the project The present application concerns the execution of the works. The pre-implementation studies have already been financed from the 2007-2013 ERDF OP: grant awarded in the amount of EUR 281,958.
