The project consists of setting up a new apprentice training centre in Carcassonne to succeed the current CFA, with a capacity limit of 400 apprentices, whose land does not allow an extension and whose real estate is too old for renovation at lower cost. The aim of this project to build a new CFA is to promote excellence in tourism, hospitality, catering, commerce and sales. This project is based on innovative pedagogy and involves technical trays close to the business environment and optimal use of digital technologies. This new construction with an area of nearly 6 000 m² will accommodate more than 1200 people in training, including nearly 500 apprentices.
