The “CERTEM 2020” project aims to create an environment conducive to optimal collaboration between public research laboratories and private research centres of STMicroelectronics, Vermon, SiLimIXT and other associated companies in the field of materials, processes and systems for power and energy microelectronics. The following will be studied in particular: —Power conversion for energy efficiency, -New generations of batteries and integrated energy recovery system, -Strengthening of the “Packaging” theme.
