The Palavezy eco-neighborhood project has three main objectives: • design an integrated and sustainable urban project, solidarity mix support: the project therefore takes care to involve neighbouring neighbourhoods in the interests of density, integration and diversity. • Promote biodiversity in cities and reduce urban heat islands by relying on a reinforced green and blue frame: the development programme incorporates a significant proportion of natural areas in order to enhance their thermal, health, environmental and social functions. • Offer an alternative to using the car: the eco-neighborhood of the Palavezy is designed on the scale of the pedestrian and promotes movement in soft mode with a highly developed network, to the surrounding neighbourhoods and facilities.
