The regional programme qualifying “Skills” consists of three types of training pathways adapted to the various groups concerned and their training and vocational integration objectives: — short-term career pathways (less than 2 months), which do not lead to certification (diploma, professional title, branch certificate, etc.), but which aim to acquire complementary professional skills allowing rapid access to employment for applicants with already professional experience. — ‘access to qualification’ courses of up to four months, including a one-month probationary period, intended in particular for jobseekers who wish to obtain professional certification, but who have to refine their professional project and/or acquire prior bases. — ‘certifying pathways’ with a maximum duration of 9 months, enabling the acquisition of a nationally recognised certification, facilitating sustainable employment.
