Thermal rehabilitation of the residence of Montigny les blés d’or — 132 social housing units located at 25 rue des blés d’or 78180 Montigny le Bretonneux. The Pres district is located in the center of the communal territory, between Avenue des Prés in the northwest, Avenue de la Source in the northeast, Avenue Nicolas About in the southeast and Avenue General Leclerc in the south-west. The residence “Les blés d’or” located in Montigny le Bretonneux comprises 132 units, 2 underground parking lots, 3 outdoor parking pockets, 1 central playground and 1 lodge. The thermal study before works reveals an energy label F (365 kWep/m²/year), individual electric heating. The project provides for the overall rehabilitation of the residence allowing the passage of the E label, in accordance with the technical policies of the French Housing Group. A more ambitious project foresees the overall rehabilitation of the residence with a more ambitious thermal component, allowing the residence to be reduced to a D label (172 kWep/m²/year) or a saving of more than 53 % of energy consumption. This project can be carried out through the financial support of the ERDF Fund.
