The General Council (SOIEF Service within the Insertion Directorate) selects the service providers carrying the support action for beneficiaries with an integration project based on the creation of a business, in four points of the territory (corresponding to the 4 Territorial Units) following a competitive tendering procedure (Article 30 of the CMP). The action is aimed at any beneficiary of the RSA, guided by its referees by means of the insertion contract (which constitutes an order form), regardless of the stage of progress and the status envisaged. In fact, some self-employed workers who are already in employment may be targeted but who have clearly not worked upstream or resolved the basic steps necessary to set up a profitable business. Agricultural activities are excluded because of their specific nature. The expected service is accompanied by support. It is therefore excluded, in fact, from ad hoc reception (a single appointment) which does not give rise to a reciprocal commitment between the provider and the beneficiary. The action lasts 6 months, and a renewal may be carried out when the accompanying time, in particular circumstances, has not enabled the process to be finalised.
