Creation of an industrial bio biscuitry in St Jean d’Angély on the Val Bio Ouest site (2016-2017)

BVBO wants to develop a versatile production tool for local brands registered in the VAL BIO OUEST project. The objectives are to: — Valuing local organic farming productions, particularly around grain and cereals in the framework of the Val bio Ouest project and in connection with Silo Bio Ouest — Structure and perpetuate the local organic grain and cereals sector by constituting a tour de table of partners from upstream to downstream — Creating jobs in a territory to be revitalised and historically oriented towards the Biscuiterie — Offering a range of organic and local cookies to distributors and therefore consumers
