The GEIQ BTP GUYANE must, for future employment NEETS, which are in its workforce: 1- Implement an alternating path engineering adapted to the individualised follow-up of young people employed in future employment, both during their discovery of the trades and the business world and during their professional integration within the framework of a skills acquisition logic. 2- Thanks to GEIQ’s mediation work, young people benefit from double tutoring: a social tutoring carried out by the GEIQ staff and a professional mentoring carried out by one of the employees of the user company. 2- Assist its members in setting up training engineering tailored to young people recruited in future employment and job prospects in the sector, in conjunction with the OPCAs of the professional branches, the regional councils and the decentralised services of the State. Depending on the profile of young people recruited, the training measures envisaged may be carried out in particular by means of basic knowledge modules preparing access to the occupations offered by the user undertaking, adaptation to the workplace, or professionalisation. 3- Ensure the qualification targeted by the accompanying young person through the GEIQ course, in particular by proposing to articulate future employment and alternating contracts, so as to allow access to sustainable employment. 4- Assist its members in setting up training engineering tailored to young people recruited in future employment and job prospects in the sector, in conjunction with the OPCAs of the professional branches, the regional councils and the decentralised services of the State.
