LZA project Jobcenter Kassel

With the project, we intended to reduce long-term unemployment in the district of Kassel. For long-term unemployed persons eligible for benefits under the Second Book of the Social Code (SGB II) are to create prospects for sustainable occupational integration into the general labour market. The aim is to attract employers for the long-term unemployed women and men in the region. In addition, the aim is to compensate for skills shortages, to provide intensive support to participating women and men after taking up employment and to sustainably stabilise employment relationships in this way. In doing so, we aim to increase a living income of women and men and to take into account a better balance between work and family/leisure. Our goal is to overcome the need for help for those entitled to work sustainably and permanently.
