The general objectives of the operation are: energy renovation of buildings of health infrastructure of particular importance due to COVID-19 as part of the React_EU initiative, ensuring a reduction in energy use (reduce electricity use, reducing the use of district heating), enabling savings in running costs, lowering the overall environmental load and the level of NOx, PM and CO2 emissions, improving the living and working conditions of the facility. The existing buildings, which are the subject of the investment, are very wasteful. According to the analysis of construction physics, the building falls under class G, which places it as extremely wasteful buildings. With the integrated energy concept, rehabilitated buildings will have significantly lower energy consumption, which will reduce overall energy consumption by around 54 % for district heating and 20 % in electricity consumption, as a result of which the maintenance costs of the buildings will also be reduced. The specific objectives of integrated energy renovation are the following: improve working conditions for users, regardless of the occupancy of buildings and thus enable
