The operation includes the implementation of the ERP cloud system, the implementation of the digital logistic twin in production, the installation of the dashbord KPI, the upgrading and personal coaching of the employees’ digital competences, the introduction of open innovation into the innovation process, the execution of the penetracis test and the elimination of deficiencies, the purchase of hardware and the project of material efficiency and robotisation of testing. The operation will improve the competences of management and manufacturing staff and increase the added value per employee.
