The purpose of the operation “Development of VKO services and further strengthening of NKT VKO” (hereinafter: operation NKT VKO) is a system support for the development of the VKO and uniform implementation of the VKO at the national level. Accordingly, the objectives of the NKV operation are:• care for the systemic operation of the VKO, including the strengthening of the profession;• development of VKO tools, especially for young people;• quality assurance of the VKO;• education of career counsellors, employees of various organisations;• promotion and awareness of the importance of the VKO to the professional public and individuals.Civil group are institutions in the labour market and other institutions, working in the field of VKO (ZRSZ, ZRSŠ, ACS, CPI, Public Fund of the Republic of Slovenia for Human Resources Development and Scholarships, Human Resources Services in Enterprises, NGO, Career Centres for Students, Primary and Secondary Schools, VKO programme providers and ministries responsible for systemic placement of the VKO).
