The aim of the programme is to acquire and strengthen the competences, skills and skills of unemployed persons whose existing knowledge or work experience does not allow direct employment. The added value of the programme lies in its contribution to the positive attitude of the people involved to responsibly solving their employment field through acquired skills in specific areas of work, the expansion of the social network, etc., which increase employment opportunities for those involved. The objective of the operation is to include 6,098 persons from the target groups in on-the-job training, of which 3,081 in KRVS and 3.017 in KRZS.Cile groups are: — over 50 years of age registered in the register of unemployed persons at the ZRSZ, — persons aged 30 and over registered in the register of unemployed persons at the ZRSZ for 12 months and over — persons aged 30 and over whose education is below ISCED 3, registered in the register of unemployed persons at the ZRSZ, — persons aged 30 and over who, after joining social activation schemes, are reactivated on the labour market or are, for a certain period, represented in the register of unemployed persons.
