The actions presented in this operation will be implemented through a loan facility for R & D projects in companies._x000D_ This is a Loan Line with subsidised rates. The action provides for the financing of the business phase that results in the end of the development of an R & D & I project with the moment when the balance of the project is reached, including the processes of industrialisation, commercial launch, first manufacture and rest of the circulant until that point of balance is reached._x000D_ The financing of working capital shall comply with the terms set out in Article 37(4) of Regulation (EU) 1303/2013 of Common Provisions. In addition, according to Article 42(1) of the Common Provisions Regulation, the eligible expenditure of the financial instrument shall be the total amount of programme contributions actually paid or, in the case of guarantees, committed by the financial instrument within the eligibility period, corresponding to: the reimbursement of management costs incurred or the payment of management fees for the financial instrument. In accordance with the above, the corresponding proportion of the management fees will be eligible in this operation, in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 “Management Expenditure and Commissions” of the Financing Agreement between the Junta de Andalucía and the IDEA Agency.
