The project envisages the investments necessary for the start-up of a brewing plant. The investment will be carried out within the industrial site owned by the company in which the mineral water bottling plant operated by the company in the municipality of Albunan is currently located.The budget presented includes the construction on this plot, owned by the company, of a new warehouse of 4.683 m² (7.25 % of the investment), a new survey for the water supply and all the equipment necessary for the development of the brewing activity. The project will have a great social impact in the region and specifically in a municipality with a high unemployment rate, with a massive exodus to the big cities, so this installation will add several direct and indirect fixed jobs. On the other hand, the installation has its enclave in a traditionally agricultural and livestock zone and the intervention to be carried out aims to be respectful of the environment in which it is located, so that it is entirely compatible and not aggressive with the natural environment. Non-aggressive means and constructive techniques with the environment will be used, architectural solutions close to the traditional construction of the area.
