The Alcalá de Guadaíra tramway line is configured from the beginning to serve an entire region and the largest area of industrial concentration and services in the province of Seville. The railway connection between the Universidad Pablo de Olavide and Alcalá de Guadaíra consists of a tramway line of about 12.5 km that runs from the stop of the Pablo de Olavide University of line 1 of the metro from Seville to Alcalá de Guadaíra, serving a region with more than 236,000 people.
