Modernisation of eGovernment in Elche

The aim is to implement, install, configure and implement a system that provides global coverage in the field of e-government for the Board of Directors of Elx._x000D_ The purpose will be the implementation of a complete Electronic Processing Platform, which includes the processes and management threads necessary for the establishment of the electronic file._x000D_ The project will cover all the equipment, tools, modules and functionalities needed for administrative processing (Entry/Exit Registration, Records Manager, Document Manager and Electronic Archive, etc.) that allow the efficient management of all types of files and workflows of the Board of Directors._x000D_ The main modules to be implemented will be:_x000D_. Electronic check-in/out._x000D_. Electronic file manager._x000D_. Firmas._x000D_. Website/Citizen Folder._x000D_. Electronic notifications._x000D_. Document Manager and Electronic Archive._x000D_. Unique data core._x000D_ The platform must reside on the municipal servers and must be integrated with the existing technological architecture in the Ajuntament d’Elx._x000D_ Due to the use of the system, the increase in the stored information will be constant and therefore the evolution and use of it implies the extension of the central systems/servers to accommodate all the municipal information stored. This, as already mentioned, implies a sufficient prior investment in storage and technology._x000D_ On the other hand, the computer park of the Ajuntament d’Elx is currently very old-fashioned (average age 15 years) and the equipment does not support the operation of this technology that accommodates electronic administration, forcing the municipality to replace much of the computer material (computers, scanners, digital certificates, etc.), with this figure very close to 700 jobs.
