The operation consists of the recovery and value of the public and cultural heritage of the city of Ibiza: the building of the Consistorial House, former convent of the Dominicans. It is concrete in the reform, redistribution and equipment of the southwest wing of the Consistorial House (main headquarters of the City council of Ibiza and former dominican convent), and in the rehabilitation and restoration of the paintings of the Chapter Hall (former Plenary Hall and today open to the public), as well as the sanitation of it to ensure the necessary conditions for the preservation of such paintings._x000D_ The whole operation is part of the Special Plan of Protection and Interior Reform of Dalt Vila and Es Soto, as the building of the Consistorial House is located inside the Renaissance walled enclosure, forming part of the Historical Ensemble of the city of Ibiza.
