Law 39/2015 makes electronic means a basic pillar for the provision of services to citizens and the processing of administrative procedures. Thus, among its main novelties is that all administrative procedures are handled electronically on a general and mandatory basis. In this sense, this operation contemplates the evolution of the current electronic administration platform to adapt it to the requirements of Law 39/2015._x000D_ This operation aims at the effective and complete implementation of electronic administration in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, evolving and adapting the current technological platform of the City of Santa Cruz de Tenerife to the needs and requirements of Law 39/2015._F_x000D_ With regard to the financing of the project, includes the contracting of external services to carry out the following_xxF_xxD_requirements for the management of the digital file for the management of all the eF000D tools. Electronic notifications, integration with SIR — Integrated registration system — board_x000D_ electronic notices, electronic file, etc._x000D_ Other actions will be carried out with internal staff of the City of Santa Cruz that will not be subject to_x000D_ funding:_x000D_ — Analysis of the current situation of the City of Santa Cruz de Tenerife in the field of the_x000D_ e-administration: an initial diagnosis will be made and a review of the situation of the municipality_x000D_ regarding the services provided and the level of maturity of the e-government reached._x000D_ — Development of the Digital Management Plan
