Compliance with the information security regulations of the City of Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Law 39/2015 makes electronic means a basic pillar for the provision of services to citizens and the processing of administrative procedures. Thus, among its main novelties is that all administrative procedures are handled electronically on a general and mandatory basis. And for the sake of completeness, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General for Data Protection (GDPR), which, although it entered into force in May 2016, is directly applicable as of 25 May 2018, requires that our security measures be adapted to all existing files in whatever format is in line with the legislation in force._x000D_ In this regard, the City Council must be provided with appropriate security measures to ensure access, integrity, availability, authenticity, confidentiality, traceability and retention of the data, information and services used in electronic media that you manage in the exercise of its competences._x000D_ This operation includes the provision of a set of consulting and auditing services, both technical and legal, necessary to achieve compliance with the regulations associated with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the National Security Scheme (NSS) in the City.
