The proposed new services of Hellenic Cadastre SA are a continuation of the already implemented Land Registry Services developed internally by the Agency with funding from the 3 rd CSF. The produced software exceeds 1.5 million lines of code and relies on software that supports all internationally recognised international interoperability standards in the field of descriptive applications and applications of Geographic Information Systems. This project provides for the implementation of a suite of applications for both professionals and operators and for the adaptation of the organisation’s IT systems to the INSPIRE Directive. In addition to the online services to be implemented, actions to enhance the security of central systems and infrastructures are also requested, as well as the creation of a mechanism for the movement of digital contracts to and from the Cadastre Offices and to and from the professionals concerned, with a view to optimally serving the citizen and the professionals of the Land Registry. In addition, a complementary action is envisaged, which concerns the creation and control of the high resolution spatial data infrastructure of NATURA protected areas. Finally, provision is also made for the promotion, information and training of the categories of users of the services through corresponding actions.
