The project aims to support the operation of the Special Management Service of the Operational Programme “Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation” (EYD EPANEK) in order to fulfil its responsibilities and tasks. The project ensures the administrative capacity and the smooth and effective functioning of the Managing Authority, the planning and implementation bodies, the Executive Structures, the Intermediate Management Bodies (IABs) and the Beneficiaries, with a view to strengthening their institutional capacity and management capacity as well as the smooth closure of the 2007 2013 period.
