The subject of the proposed project is to reduce the energy intensity of the building of the municipal office in the village of Lehnice. The technical condition of the building is unsatisfactory, making its operation difficult and linked to the spending of high amounts of energy and maintenance funding. The constant spending of funds on this building does not allow the municipality to implement other project plans, the implementation of which is necessary. The project documentation addresses the reduction of the energy intensity of the building through:-insulation of the external envelope,-insulation of ceilings,-exchanges of lighting,-reconstruction of central heating,-building of photovaltaics as well as other building modifications and finishing works specified in the project documentation and budget of the project. With the proposed project plan, the municipality seeks to reduce the energy intensity of the building and to fulfil measurable indicators.
