The subject of the project is the processing of project documentation for the project Zastavka Ivanka pri Dunaji – catchment parking for IAD, in particular: documentation for zoning decision with valid territorial decision and approval decision, including engineering activities; documentation for building permit in the details for the implementation of the building with approval decision and with valid building permits including engineering activities; documentation for selecting the contractor.By creating parking areas and passenger terminals and by involving them in the network of integrated transport system, more favourable and better conditions arise for passengers using public passenger transport, which will motivate residents of catchment areas to prefer public passenger transport over individual transport. This impact on the sharing of transport work will be reflected in smaller car intensities on roads, in fewer emerging congestions, in lower emissions production, in higher network capacity and, last but not least, in more efficient traffic management. The object of the construction will be the construction of a parking lot near the passenger terminal and it is now necessary to prepare the design documentation.
