Financing of gross wages, remuneration and employer contributions for eligible employees of the SIEA and the financing of remuneration for works carried out on the basis of an agreement on non-employment works – 2017
The financing of wage expenses of eligible employees of the Slovak Innovation and Energy Agency (hereinafter SIEA) on the basis of this project will be ensured by a combination of a system of advance payments and reimbursement. The funds earmarked for the financing of salaries provided on the basis of this project will be used to finance the salary expenditure of 83 eligible staff of the eligible SIEA units, which ensure the implementation of the processes under the OP ALC. Eligible employees are employees who participate in the processes of the OP ALC with a share of between 15 % and 100 % of the total monthly working time. The number of eligible staff was determined on the basis of a reassessment of the need to secure the activities of the Intermediary Body during the project implementation period. In determining the need for funding under this project, the implementation of salary resources for 2016 was an important starting point. The activity of eligible employees will be carried out in the sense of job descriptions included in the SIEA Manual of Procedures. According to the above manual, the project implementation will be provided by the Project Implementation Department of the Section as the beneficiary for SIEA. The financing of the remuneration of external personnel for the performance of administrative activities and the financing of the provision of professional services will be ensured by means of a refund. The funds earmarked for the financing of remuneration on the basis of agreements on non-employment works provided under this project will be used to finance the remuneration of external administrative personnel and external personnel for the performance of professional and evaluation activities.
