The financing of wage expenses of eligible employees of the Slovak Innovation and Energy Agency (hereinafter SIEA), which performs part of the tasks of the intermediate body of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic under the Operational Programme Research and Innovation, pursuant to the agreement on power of attorney. The SIEA is the eligible services/staff involved in the implementation, management, monitoring, evaluation, information, control and audit of the Operational Programme Research and Innovation (hereinafter referred to as “R & I OP”) for the 2014-2020 programming period and the closure of the 2007-2013 programming period. On the basis of this project, the financing of wage expenditure in 2016-2017 will be ensured. Under the R & I OP, the SIEA uses the financial allocation allocated to provide support for the activity of the eligible staff involved in the processes of the R & I OP and the closure of the 2007-2013 programming period through Priority Axis 5 Technical Assistance. The average annual planned number of administrative capacities financed through this project is 100. In determining the need for funding under this project, the implementation of salary resources for 2015 was an important starting point. The activities of eligible employees will be carried out in accordance with the job descriptions that will be part of the SIEA Internal Procedures Manual.  The implementation of the project will be provided by the Project Implementation Department, the Technical Assistance Unit of the ESIF Implementation Section as the beneficiary for SIEA. The financing of the remuneration of external personnel for the performance of administrative activities and the financing of the provision of professional services will be ensured by means of a refund. The funds earmarked for the financing of remuneration on the basis of agreements on non-employment works provided under this project will be used to finance the remuneration of external administrative personnel and external personnel for the performance of professional and evaluation activities.
