The Implementing Agency of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic, as intermediate body for the Operational Programme Human Resources (hereinafter referred to as “SO”), carries out the tasks entrusted to it under the Contract on the execution of part of the tasks of the managing authority by the Intermediate Body, No 1113/2015-IZ-4.0/D signed on 11.11.2015, effective from 14.11.2015, https://www.crz.gov.sk/index.php?ID=2161065&l=sk separately, through its own capacities and in accordance with the guidelines, recommendations and instructions from the MA.Technical assistance at the level of the IB has the task to ensure the effective use of the ESI Funds contribution and to implement the relevant areas of the Operational Programme Human zdroje:Prioritná axis No 2 Youth Employment InitiativePriority Axis 3 Employment Priority Axis No 4 Social inclusionExecution of tasks resulting from the preparation, implementation and control of projects of beneficiaries funded by ESI Funds under the Operational Programme Human Resources requires the necessary staffing as well as administrative and technical provision. In the staff field, the financing of wage costs and other statutory allowances for eligible staff assisting in the implementation of projects financed by the ESI Funds and carrying out activities within the different fields is necessary, as well as ensuring their educational development in the management of the Structural Funds. In the area of administrative and technical, operational and material technical security is needed in order to enable the smooth execution of the tasks in each area.
