Chances of employment

The project will be implemented pursuant to Section 54(1)(a) of Act No 5/2004 on employment services and amending certain acts, as amended, by the Central Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family and 43 employment, social affairs and family offices within the Slovak Republic, with the exception of the Bratislava Self-Governing Region. The aim of the project is to improve the labour market position of disadvantaged UoZs, to increase the employability and employment of Zuoz, to reduce long-term unemployment, to support the development of local and regional employment. The implementation of the project will contribute to a better uptake of disadvantaged jobseekers in the open labour market. It will support the development of local employment while contributing to reducing regional disparities in the labour market. It motivates employers to create jobs for Zuoz in selected areas of employment. The project will be implemented through 1 main activity: The provision of a financial contribution to support the creation of a job for disadvantaged UoZs through the AOTP pursuant to Section 54 of the Employment Services Act. Target group (OP HR, specific objective 3.1.1): disadvantaged jobseeker under Section 8 of the Employment Services Act, as amended: (e.g. a citizen kept in the register of jobseekers for at least 12 consecutive months, a citizen over 50 years of age, a low-skilled citizen – has completed an education lower than secondary vocational education, a citizen who has not had regular paid employment at least 12 consecutive calendar months before entering into the register of job seekers, a citizen who lives as a single adult with one person dependent on his care or with several persons dependent on his care or caring for at least one child before the end of compulsory education, a citizen with disabilities) The project will be implemented within the territory of the Slovak Republic, outside the Bratislava Region. Abbreviations are given in section 7.2.
