Brief description of the project presented is the intensification and modernisation of the WWTP for the agglomeration of Lehota pod Vtáčnikom, in order to ensure efficient treatment of waste water in accordance with Government Regulation No 269/2010 of the WWTP Lehota pod Vtáčnikom within the meaning of Government Regulation No 269/2010 Coll., falls into the size category of the source 2001 to 10 000 EO, where qualitative indicators of treated water are monitored and limited in the indicators BSK5, CODCr, NL and N-NH4. The current WWTP is not technologically capable of eliminating nitrogen pollution from waste water by default in the required quality by law and by decision. The recipient for the wastewater treatment plant Lehota pod Vtáčnikom is the Lehotský potok. This is a small water flow, where the quality of water on the drain from the WWTP fundamentally affects the quality of water in the watercourse. With the existing technological equipment of the WWTP, it is not possible to ensure the permanent and sustainable fulfilment of the conditions for the quality of purified water to drain from the WWTP for the size category of WWTP over 2000 inhabitants. Intensification is designed to make maximum use of existing WWTP objects. The proposed treatment of waste water is mechanically – biological with intensive nitrogen pollution removal. The WWTP will consist of mechanical pre-treatment, biological treatment and concentration and storage of sludge. The implementation of the project will lead to the possibility of improving the treatment of urban waters for the inhabitants of the whole agglomeration, the measurable indicator Increased population with improved urban water treatment is 4500 pO, in accordance with Annex 14
