The project aims to innovate and improve the pedagogical practice of students in the field of “teaching and pedagogical sciences”. The content of the project is based on the current situation communicated mainly from the school environment and school institutions, which draw attention to the need for graduates to be prepared for the needs of the labour market in terms of their practical skills and point to a lower rate of practical training during studies compared to theoretical training. After entering the labour market, graduates of teaching professions demonstrate not only their theoretical knowledge acquired during university training, but the acquired theoretical knowledge must necessarily be transformed into practical educational interventions in accordance with didactic rules. In addition to teaching and educational activities, graduates of teaching disciplines also participate in other activities and tasks related to their performance in the school environment, which requires the acquisition of other competences and skills, among others of a social and psychological nature. The place of implementation of the project is the Bratislava Region. The target group is students of the full-time form of study of the first and second degrees of higher education in the field of "teaching and pedagogical sciences".In one main activity of the project called "Support of training schools in the framework of training for the profession of teacher, the connection of theoretical and practical education with emphasis on the practice of students in the field of "teaching and pedagogical sciences", including mentoring and networking of information, will be implemented three types of sub-activities: 1. pedagogical practice of students (increasing and innovation of the model of current pedagogical practice of Bachelor students in teacher study study) "educational education" programmes (single-subject studies) and "education in combination"); (2) student traineeships (specifically targeted by subject areas of the teacher’s curricula); (3) creation of supporting educational materials for trainee teachers (internship and internship methodologies and supporting learning materials).
